Fresh layered eggplant, zucchini, carmelized onions, yellow and red roasted peppers, garlic, tomatoes, Romano, Swiss, and provolone cheeses.

Artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, garlic, kalamata olives, peas, feta cheese blended with olive oil, teriyaki sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
Pinot Noir
Two by Two
Broiled shrimp, asparagus, water chestnuts, kasseri cheese all wrapped in bacon. Stuffed tomatoes, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, black bean and onion sauce, garlic cloves, mashed dijon and dried mustard, virgin olive oil, small tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Gyros of Troy
Gyro meat, pumpkinseeds, spinach and parmesan cheese, wrapped in roasted red peppers and eggplant on top of a portobello mushroom smothered with a creamy feta white wine sauce.
