Spinach and vegetable filled ravioli with cappicola ham, red pepper, tomatoes, red onion, snowpeas, kalamata olives, and romano pecorino cheese in a garlic vinegarette

Aqua Basil
Fillet of walleye with red onion wrapped in a phyllo dough and baked with roma tomatoes and artichoke hearts in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, kalamata olive, and basil dressing
Served with Stevenot O.V. Zinfandel
Chicken breast stuffed with eggplant, ficat, red onion, capers, pepperonchinis with a cucumber, feta, and roasted garlic, mustard and fresh dill sauce
Served with Stevenot Cabernet Franc
