Murphy-Goode Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley
Hillside and benchland vineyards on the eastern slopes of the Alexander Valley create a classic Cabernet Sauvignon with soft textures and rich flavors. Small lots of Merlot and Petit Verdot are blended from time to time for added complexity. Layers of sweet black fruit and spice are apparent in this mouthfilling wine.
Cienna De Modena
Sliced pears, roasted red peppers, pepperonchinis, red onions, fresh garlic, feta cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar reduction, roasted pine nuts.
Murphy-Goode Fumé Blanc, Sonoma County
Starting in the vineyards, our Sauvignon Blanc fruit is grown to bring out tropical notes instead of green herbaceouness. Winemaker Christina Benz cool ferments most of the juice in stainless to heighten the bright fruit and barrel ferments the rest for roundness and texture. The combination adds up to a crisp wine with notes of ripe grapefruit, tropical fruits and fig.

Salmon cakes with cilantro, capers, romano cheese, garlic, bread crumbs on top of a chutney of cucumbers, green onions, sliced ginger, sherry vinegar with a honey , Dijon, wassabi sauce.
Murphy-Goode Zinfandel "Liar's Dice", Sonoma County
Tim Murphy's 20 years of breakfasts and "liar's dice" games with some of Sonoma's top Zinfandel growers at Mickey's Cafe in Geyserville led to our "lLiar's Dice"l Zin. To be its showy best, Zin needs to be ripe, then we gently crush and ferment at warm temperatures to maximize flavors. This is a robust, generous wine with big berry, black raspberry and peppery fruit.
