Country bread, stuffed with caramelized onions, garlic and leeks, fresh mozzarella, smoked salmon, balsamic cherries with a basil-mustard pesto oil.
1998 Merlot
1998 Merlot has a striking and vivid ruby-purple hue, with smokey vanilla and spicy barrel characters to compliment its bold, rich and fruity character. The range of flavors expressed includes red cherry, currant, mint, herbs and black tea. The wine has a well defined structure, a broad entry on the palate, open and expressive flavors and a rounded texture. It is very complete and envelopes the senses — varietally correct, a broad mouthfeel with a tannic grip and long finish.
Chic Alors
Lobster meat, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, roasted peppers, cilantro, peperini pasta, olive oil, jalopeno-lime juice with a lobster shell presentation
Syrah
A Napa Valley hidden treasure. Syrah like no other being currently grown in Napa Valley. Single vineyard. Dry farmed. Head trained old vines. St. George Rootstock. Extremely small yield. Truly a step back in time. Our Syrah is a representation of our unique heritage and terroir.
Taranta Cello
Lamb tenderloin, shreded , polenta, pine nuts, porcini mushrooms, gorganzola cheese and peperonchinis, wraped in corn husk , with a roasted red peper-almond sauce.
1998 Zinfandel
1998 Zinfandel has a very deep garnet-purple hue, with an expressive berry aroma, a subtle spiciness, jam and a broad, fresh vinious character. The range of flavors expressed includes raspberry, blackberry, black cherry and plum, harmoniously combined with the varietal characteristic of cracked black pepper. It has a full, lush entry on the palate, very open and expressive flavors and a rich and rounded texture. The wine envelopes the senses with flavor and texture—balanced acidity, a broad mouthfeel with supple tannin and a clean, yet lingering finish.

1998 Bg Red
Very dark and saturated red-purple hue; with aromas of red raspberry, blueberry, currants, cedar, tobacco and toasted-oak vanilla. the power and expression of ripe fruit is supported by the new oak which has integrated with the wine’s richness and concentration, culminating in a long finish that showcases a continuous interplay of fruit and wood.Full and powerful entry, a firm structure, rich yet balanced with acidity and tannin, a well defined mouthfeel with good length and a lingering finish.
