Bambolina Roasted red pepper, stuffed with mascarpone, feta, shallots, cilantro and garlic on puff pastry topped with a chilpotte raspberry sauce. 1998 Haywood Chardonnay Shows clean floral, apple and pear aromas with flavors of tropical fruit that finish with a lingering hint of apples. Augustan Snow peas, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, capers, chives, beets with a horseradish vinigarette over watercress topped with spicy hazelnuts. 1998 Buena Vista Carneros Merlot Big, rich, and sturdy, this wine nicely showcases the depth of Merlot's stone-fruit and berry flavors, while the tannins are soft and retty. Not that it's a slouch. There's a tough backbone of acids and good structure. The finish is rich and interesting. Al Pepe nero Sirloin with garlic, ginger, teriaky pear-celery-roasted garlic puree, white balsamic sauce. 1999 Buena Vista Pinot Noir A supple, richly flavored Pinot Noir of excellent quality. It is intensely flavored (raspberry, cherry, toast, mint, nutmeg), smoothly textured, and long on the finish. Moomba Haywood Cabernet Sauvignon Boasts aromas and fresh, spirited flavors of wild cherry, berry, spice and pepper. Hints of vanilla, tobacco and oak distinguish this medium-bodied wine.
