Camelot 2000 Sauvignon Blanc Flavors of soft fig and herbs coupled with a crisp citrus. Galicia Pork tenderloin wrapped in a smoked tuna and asian pastry with garlic parsnip and caramelized onions, shitake spicy B.B.Q. sauce. Camelot 1999 Syrah Dark and earthy, aromas of chocolate and smoke combine with a core of raspberry and stone fruit flavors on the palate. Bella Figura Camelot 2000 Merlot Ripe aroma and flavors of blueberry, currant and plum unfold to reveal harmonious spice, earth and cocoa notes.
