Flavors of soft fig and herbs coupled with a crisp citrus.

Pork tenderloin wrapped in a smoked tuna and asian pastry with garlic parsnip and caramelized onions, shitake spicy B.B.Q. sauce.

Dark and earthy, aromas of chocolate and smoke combine with a core of raspberry and stone fruit flavors on the palate.

Camelot 2000 Merlot
Ripe aroma and flavors of blueberry, currant and plum unfold to reveal harmonious spice, earth and cocoa notes.
