Prosciutto, garlic, leeks, Portobello mushrooms, Roma tomatoes, red onions over spinach with a balsamic vinegar honey dressing.
Finca el Portillo Sauvignon Blanc 2002
Fragrant, fresh, crisp and fruity wine with an adequate natural acidity. Bright, clear, with green hints, pink grapefruit aroma.

Lobster meat, scallops, shrimp, pine nuts and spinach fritters with a tomato, basil, jalapeno pesto sauce.
Finca el Portillo Merlot 2001
Fruity, soft and gentle wine, very easy to drink. Brilliant red, sweet ripe berries with hints of red pepper.

Alto Palato
Veal scaloppini stuffed with sausage, onions, celery, and peppers, eggplant and garlic, with soft porcini polenta and Smokey B.B.Q. sauce.
Finca el Portillo Malbec 2001
Smoky, red velvet color, aroma of ripe plums and taste of chocolate, ripe berry fruit and soft tannins.

Donatella
Finca el Portillo Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
Young wine with a good structure, that can be consumed either immediately or enjoyed during the next 2 or 3 years. Intense red color jams and spices aroma, with a taste of dry forest fruits and mint.
