Made from Murphy's and Lodi vineyard Symphony grapes of plebeian ancestry, Muscat of Alexandria was crossed with Grenache Gris. The result is a wine with delicate Muscat flavor and aroma.

Caesar Espanola
Red peppers, fresh scallions, tomato wedges, green whole peppercorns, roasted garlic, Blue vain cheese, Parmesan dressing over romaine lettuce topped with roasted peppitas.
Ironstone Vineyards 2000 Chardonnay
It has a crisp, minerally style that develops in the Chablis region of Burgundy. It has a lively, tropical nose, with refreshing flavors of pineapple and mountain-ripe apples, balanced with mild acidity..

Yellow bell pepper stuffed with salmon and herbed cheese baked in rosemary, Caper, clams, basil pear tomato sauce.

Flavors of blackcurrant give way to luscious, juicy black cherries with a full, elegantly soft finish.
