Vinopolis
Fresh mozzarella ball, breaded and deep-fried served with roasted garlic, lemon zest, anchovies, olive oil, caper berry, cornichons sauce and roasted peppers and tomatoes.
Rutz Cellars 1999 Maison Grand Cru Chardonnay
This Chardonnay has very balanced fruit and French oak character in the nose with the fruit aromas of peach and ripe pears predominating. The flavors are very full and rich with substantial middle body and tongue coating flavors and a forty-second finish!

Epoque
Teriyaki glazed chicken, black beans, avocado, kalamata olives, quail eggs, white asparagus, Feta cheese, tomato wedges, red onions in a lemon cilantro dressing over romaine.
Rutz Cellars 2001 North Coast Sauvignon Blanc
The wine is clean and refreshing on the palate, with lively acidity. Fruit qualities are somewhere on the spectrum from citrus and melon to pineapple and passion fruit.

Aduriz
Pistachio crusted pork tenderloin, roasted red potatoes, fig-mango-sweet onion, ancho chille and chipotlle marmalade, garlic spinach, and balsamic reduction.
Rutz Cellars 2001 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
The wine's aroma is fruit forward with hints of Bing cherries, dark berries and dried rose petals and leather. The flavors are full and rich with moderate tannins and spiciness and with a very long finish.

Cora Tina Dolce
Rutz Cellars 2001 North Coast Merlot
The select Sonoma and Napa county fruit exhibits all of the outstanding qualities of the region, resulting in crisp, clean wine with good acid structure and distinctive mineral content.
