Santa Julia Chardonnay
There are aromas of peach and pear, then flavors of crisp white fruit.

Kazuto
Craisins, apricots, roasted red peppers, red onions, bacon, and roasted almonds over romaine with a ginger, hot Dijon vinaigrette.
Santa Julia Torrontes
Delicate aromas of citrus, then soft flavors of lychee, melon and limestone.

Pesce Guevara
Grilled mako shark with garbanzos, hominy, Arborio rice, red and yellow peppers, green onions, and straw mushrooms, in a cumin sesame oil with a artichoke heart, cilantro tomatillo sauce.
Santa Julia Malbec
Big, beautiful aromas of dark fruit like blackberry, then flavors of soft, earthy red fruit with plum, toasty elements from one year in new French oak, and crispness through the long finish.

Santa Julia Cabernet Sauvignon
There are ponderous aromas of black fruit and refined leather, then earthy, complex flavors of luscious dark fruit with complex leather and tobacco/spice within the long length.
