Morandé Terrarum 2003 Pinot Noir
This is a very intense, deep-red wine with touches of purple and violet, offering the nose an intense aroma of woodland fruits with hints of vanilla and cream. In the mouth it is fresh and silky-smooth, rich in fruity flavors and well-blended with touches of fresh tobacco.

Porcupine Shrimp Salad
Kataifi wrapped shrimp on baby spinach with a red onion apricot sweet chili sauce.
Morandé Terrarum 2003 Sauvignon Blanc
This is a pale-yellow wine with distinctive green notes. In the nose the wine is fruity with aromas of tropical fruits and herbs. It is a lively, tasty wine with a medium body and a well-balanced flavor of citrus fruit and flowers. A clean wine with a good finish.

Veal Mozart
Lightly breaded veal shoulder with garlic mashed potatoes and cherry peppers.
Morandé Terrarum 2002 Merlot
An intense red wine with touches of purple and violet. In the nose it offers aromas of dried fruit, blackberries, chocolate and pepper. In the mouth it is a medium-bodied and silky with sweet vanilla flavors. A delightful wine with good persistence.

Morandé Terrarum 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon
This is an intense, violet wine with touches of blue, offering the nose a variety of elegant aromas including ripe red fruit, plums, berries, vanilla and candies. It is very rich in the mouth with a lot of fruit, spices, chocolate and creamy caramel.
