Broiled fillet of sole, sun dried tomatoes, northern beans, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers in a Peccorino - Grana Padana cup and Caper Berries.
Windy Ridge Santa Rosa 2002 Pinot Noir
The seductive nose opens with aromas of rose hips and cherry blossom. This is followed by a hint of vanilla and sweet plum on the palate. The finish offers pleasant, lingering fruit with a touch of lychee fruit.

Semolina crusted escargot, hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, red onions, herbed goat cheese, balsamic vinegar, lemon, garlic, olive oil, prickly pear syrup dressing over romaine with roasted cashews.
Windy Ridge California 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine is a well balanced and intensely flavored. It is smooth in texture, with pretty ripe black cherry, currant and cedar flavors with depth, presence and style.

Coque au Vin
Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, with mushrooms, leaks, and sun-dried tomatoes Burgundy wine over black beans and chichi beans.
Windy Ridge California 2001 Merlot
Surprisingly floral on the nose and initially smooth on the pallet followed by firmly structured tannings. Ripe and rich creamy oak, lots of plum and cherry character.
