Clay Station Lodi 2003 Viognier
This is a robust, aromatic white wine with luscious viscosity and notes of ripe honeysuckle, orange blossom and peach on the nose. This lovely balanced wine exudes ripe apricot and peach flavors that finish with a crisp acidity and lingering finish.

Feta cheese, kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, tomatoes, capers, toasted pine nuts, Dijon dressing and poached egg.
Clay Station Lodi 2002 Petite Sirah
This is a big, full-bodied and peppery red wine with intense blueberry character mingling with notes of ripe blackberry, dark chocolate and hints of toast and vanilla.

Grilled chicken, baby corn, artichoke hearts, black beans, spinach in a creamy white wine sauce.
Clay Station Lodi 2003 Old Vine Zinfandel
The wine has a concentrated nose of spice, black cherry and plum with a hint of raspberry jam.

Carmen de la ronda
Lodi 2003 Shiraz
This Shiraz is a big, full-bodied red wine with aromas of plum, spice and hints of violet. With layers of complexity, this wine reveals flavors of dark plums, white pepper and a hint of earth framed by toasty notes of vanilla.
