Panzano
Goat cheese, artichoke hearts, basil pesto, green peppercorns, on a wedge of country bread with roasted peppers extra virgin olive oil herbs and spices.
Lockwood 2003 Chardonnay
A wine with caramel and butterscotch overtones, a Chardonnay of unprecedented quality and style in Monterey County.

Boschetta
Asparagus, cucumber, grilled zucchini, red peppers wrapped in leaf lettuce with prosciutto, Munster cheese and topped with a red onion, yellow tomato caper red pepper flakes sherry vinaigrette.
Lockwood 2001 Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc is fashioned in a style that emphasizes varietal fruit flavors of melon, kiwi, and lemon while minimizing the grassy/herbaceous nature of the variety. Six months of French oak barrel aging has provided subtle toasty and caramel aromas in the nose while firm acidity is evident in the palate.

Phil, Paul & Butch
Grilled pork loin, roasted potatoes, caramelized onions, sun dried tomatoes, cranraisins , hominy, beans and roasted garlic and ancho chilies
Lockwood 2001 Syrah
Syrah is an exceptional wine, which shows suppleness and softness. Aromas of plum and cranberry complement flavors of dark berry fruit on a smooth finish.

Lockwood 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon
