Portobello mushroom, garlic cloves, roasted red pepper, green onions, pine nuts, spinach, Cumin-crusted fillet of sole topped with Bulgarian feta cheese.
Pacific Star Chardonnay 2002
This 3-acre vineyard about the Ukiah Valley is part of the old Yokayo Ranch. Pamela Ricetti is an opera singer who farms this isolated spot and serenades her vines as she tends them. Barrel fermented in French oak - we're told even chardonnay haters - love it.

Vipore de Solei
Red beet carpaccio Hearts of palm, Kalamata olives, red onions, avocado, and baby greens tossed in a horseradish ranch dressing Gorgonzola cheese and fresh raspberries.
Pacific Star Viognier 2001
Pronounced vee-own-yeah, a northern Rhone varietal that is becoming a popular light alternative to heavily oaked Chardonnays.

Sangeeta
Broiled almond encrusted salmon fillet, grilled asparagus tips, artichoke hearts, carrots, red pepper, shallot, caper berry tomato cream sauce and crispy pancetta.
Pacific Star Petite Syrah 2000
Primarily from the Brown Vineyard in Redwood Valley, a dark and supple, bold and elegant wine. It's already showing the graceful style this special vineyard can produce.

PAZO
Pacific Star Dad Daily Red 2001
Sally's tribute to her Dad, Fred, who's a healthy 82 and always ready to help out at the winery. It's become everyone's favorite blend - old vine Carignane, Grenache, Zinfandel, Merlot, Petite Syrah and the rare Charbono. Don't let the moderate price fool you, it ages beautifully for many years but we suggest you drink it now and lift a glass to Dads everywhere!
