Salmon cakes with green onions. Romano cheese, Dijon mustard on a coulee of avocado, roasted red pepper, garlic spicy yogurt and a balsamic vinegar reduction.

A fresh, fruity wine, with citrus and fresh apple finish. A delicately sweet wine with a crisp balance.

Salata de Capshuni
Strawberries, Gorgonzola cheese, hazelnuts over spinach with a pomegranate dressing.

Fresh, bright, and fruit forward, this luscious red carries the aromas and flavors of cherries, cranberries strawberries and vanilla. Delicately balanced between sweet spice and rich acidity.

Grilled lamb tenderloin, potato, green pea and goat cheese puree with roasted garlic, Kaseri cheese, red peppers, pepperoncini, kalamata olives sauce.
Fox Estate Winery, 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley
This lovely red wine is crafted from local Wahluke Slope grapes. Savor the vanilla, meat, and tangy berry flavors. Lightly oaked in older barrels, this traditional Cabernet enhances most cuisine without overpowering the selected cuisine.
