Spaggia Colore
Striped multi color cheese filled ravioli, toasted and tossed in Peccorino Romano cheese with a tomatillo, green and red chillies, cilantro and chive sauce.
Dry Creek 2003 Fume Blanc
Our Fumé Blanc's quintessential varietal character has made it a benchmark Sauvignon Blanc in California and a flagship here at the winery. This vintage exhibits aromas of lemon-lime, grapefruit, melon and lemon-grass

Corapatina de Provance
Artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, roasted yellow peppers, red onions, quail eggs, green peppercorns, Albacore tuna, sun dried tomatoes, cracked black pepper garlic stuffed green olives and caper berries.
Dry Creek 2003 Chardonnay Russian River Valley
This is an impressive and complex wine with finesse and depth of flavor; a mixture of rich, mineral, fig, anise, citrus and smoky notes.

Versial
Apricot, pistachio and goat cheese rolled veal shoulder, wrapped in bacon, with celery root, black eye pea, creamy pesto sauce and spicy cherry pepper relish.
Dry Creek 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma
Scents of blackberry and cherry jump out of the glass followed by more subtle aromas of cloves, cinnamon and allspice. Berries, currants and spice fill the palate and linger as this Cabernet has a richly textured mouth-feel and a very long finish.

Angelica
2001 Meritage
With scents of plum, dominant cherry and a touch cinnamon, this vintage of Meritage promises a delightful palate of flavors.
