Bonifacio & Solenzara
Fresh mozzarella, red and green onions, Kalamata olives, hearts of palm, red peppers, basil chifonade, creamy black caviar, honey, spicy lime dressing over red leaf lettuce.
2003 Ménage à Trois White
The bouquet explodes with honeydew melon, strawberry, banana and lemon grass. The mouth is rich, sultry and hedonistic. Never woody, always fresh and easy.
