Batonnage
Roasted pears, cranberries, kumquats, blue vain cheese, walnuts over spinach.
2002 Riesling Vineyard Selection
This Riesling is full of apple, peach, and melon aromas, backed by orange blossom and honeysuckle.

Karlo Vyvary
Pan seared duck breast, Bruxelles sprouts, red peppers, red cabbage, bacon, caraway & fennel seeds, and duckling reduction.
2002 Syrah Vineyard Selection
This Syrah is bursting with the spicy aromas and flavors of pomegranate, black cherry and earth.

Margaux
2002 Cabernet Sauvignon Charles Wetmore Reserve
A silky texture with flavors of black fruit, plum, and cedar provided by the Cabernet lots. There are additional layers with subtle hints of vanilla and toasty oak.
