Hard boiled egg, wrapped in Gyros meat, breaded and fried with a poblano chile yogurt sauce and fresh cilantro.
Red Diamond 2002 Shiraz Columbia Valley, Washington
Aromas of raspberry, jam, leather and pepper mingle with a bit of floral spice on the nose. Spicy floral notes carry through the fruit-packed, medium-bodied palate, finishing with a touch of honey.

Vill Antica
Cherry tomatoes, purple onions, black beans, pea pods, Feta cheese, garlic extra virgin olive oil Balsamic vinegar reduction.
Red Diamond 2002 Chardonnay Columbia Valley, Washington
In a nutshell, this wine fills your mouth with juicy, ripe tropical fruit like pineapple, as well as pear and apple. Creamy oak subtly creeps in, adding complexity to the mouth feel.

La Mancha
Chicken breast topped with Manchego cheese, red beet, spinach risotto, garlic roasted pepper, parsley chutney, and cashews.
Red Diamond 2002 Merlot Columbia Valley, Washington
The richest, and most complex vintage yet for our merlot. One whiff, and you'll see what I mean - your nose will fill with aromas of black cherry, berries, plums, and spice. The rich fruit carries all the way through and ends with a creamy cocoa note.

Red Diamond 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley & Walla Walla Valley, Washington
This Cabernet flaunts a spicy nose with some tobacco and cherry aromas. Intense, rich red fruits on the palate are complimented with a slight toasty note on the finish.
