Striped multi color cheese filled ravioli, toasted and tossed in Peccorino Romano cheese with a tomatillo, green and red chillies, cilantro and chive sauce.
Red Diamond 2002 Shiraz Columbia Valley, Washington
Aromas of raspberry, jam, leather and pepper mingle with a bit of floral spice on the nose. Spicy floral notes carry through the fruit-packed, medium-bodied palate, finishing with a touch of honey.

Porcupine Shrimp Salad
Kataifi wrapped shrimp on baby spinach with a red onion apricot sweet chili sauce.
Chateau Ste. Michelle 2004 Cold Creek Riesling
This Riesling consistently delivers classic Washington state Riesling characters of juicy peach, apricot, ripe pear and sweet citrus, with subtle slate and mineral notes.

Tenderloin Deras
Broiled Pork tenderloin wrapped with bacon, Rosemary scented roasted vegetables, light cinnamon cream.
The Oak Knoll 1998 Vintage Reserve Pinot Noir Oregon
This wine exhibits aromas of black cherry, blackberry, spice, and leather. On the palate the wine is richly textured with integrated flavors of berry and peppery spice which are accented by hints of smoke, vanilla and oak.

Bouchaine 1997 Late Harvest Tsarina
Powerfully endowed with citrus, pears and baking spice, honeyed melon, marzipan, oolong tea and crème brûlée flavors, blessed with ringing acid for balance and a dry finish, it goes down like satin nectar.
