Fresh mangos, julienne prosciutto, grape tomatoes, red radishes, Kalamata olives, poppy seed-mango, balsamic dressing, cashews and croutons over red leaf lettuce.
2003 Ray's Station Merlot, Sonoma County
It is a full-bodied wine with loads of berry, plum, blueberry yogurt, cassis, herb and cocoa flavors.

Tilapia, covered with Italian sausage, zucchini stuffed with red onions, whole garlic, green onions, red peppers, spinach and pine nuts, feta cheese with haricot verts in a creamy-lemony sauce
2003 Calina Reserva Carmenere
A deep purple wine ... the nose is full of blackberries and cherry, complex due to the subtle notes of mocha and butterscotch, strong body, velvety tannins of fresh fruit combined with hints of smoke and oak.

2003 Ray's Station Cabernet Sauvignon
Its deep ruby/purple color is followed by sweet aromas of vanilla, crushed rocks, black currants, spice box, and tobacco smoke.
