Del Merei Garlic & turmeric marinated shrimp, blueberries, haricot verts, feta cheese, and sherry vinaigrette, toasted walnuts over spinach. 2005 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc Silky texture and a crisp acidity offer a refreshing edge. Nedecis Prosciutto wrapped pork loin, wild mushroom-sun dried tomato-Parmesan soft polenta, Bruxelles sprouts, chipotle glaze 2002 Napa Valley Merlot & 2002 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Caesare Dolce 2002 Generations Reserve Napa Valley An artful blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 1% Syrah creates a wine of complexity body and spice.
