2003 Napa Valley Chardonnay
This Chardonnay made from hand picked grapes, was cool fermented in small stainless steel tanks and Burgundian French oak barrels. Minimal malolactic fermentation preserves the bright green apple, pear and peach aromas.

Del Merei
Garlic & turmeric marinated shrimp, blueberries, haricot verts, feta cheese, and sherry vinaigrette, toasted walnuts over spinach.
2005 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Silky texture and a crisp acidity offer a refreshing edge. Peach, banana and lime aromas.

Nedecis
Prosciutto wrapped pork loin, wild mushroom-sun dried tomato-Parmesan soft polenta, Bruxelles sprouts, chipotle glaze
2002 Napa Valley Merlot & 2002 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Caesare Dolce
2002 Generations Reserve Napa Valley
An artful blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 1% Syrah creates a wine of complexity body and spice. Hints of tar, licorice, mint, strawberry jam and rosemary tempt senses as rich red fruit; a soft mid-palate and a lengthy finish complete this wine.
