Grilled Asiago cheese and sun dried tomato polenta, Portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, balsamic beans, basil with a roasted red pepper, green peppercorn, garlic dressing.
2004 Reserve Chardonnay Russian River Valley
Brilliant silver straw yellow, with aromas of ripe apple blossom, ripe pear, a hint of white peach and citrus with roasted oak and vanilla.

Espinaca Cartagena
Mahon cheese, yellow and cherry tomatoes, sopressata, marinated garlic, yellow raisins, Feta cheese stuffed green olives, rosemary over baby spinach.
2002 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley
Extremely deep black ruby in color, this Cabernet has intense black currant, ripe blackberry, spice and toasty oak aromas with a slight hint of dark chocolate.

DeLaCroix
Grilled yellow fin tuna, wrapped in peppered bacon, andouille tomato-cream sauce, over herbed orzo with peas and scallions.
2004 Reserve Pinot Noir
It's fruit-forward and balanced on the palate, with flavors that carry through and complement the aromas. Quintessentially Pinot Noir, this medium-bodied, silky wine lingers on the palate with a lush strawberry finish.

Pax Lusitan
Cockburn's Special Reserve Porto
Off dry to medium sweet, Special Reserve has a rich, mellow texture and smooth tannin structure, with a long, satisfying finish.
