Shaved fennel, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, charred brats, roasted poblanos-garlic Caesar dressing over green leaf.
2005 Viognier, Sonoma Coast
Rich and distinctive aromas and flavors of peaches, apricots, orange blossoms and honeysuckle.

Clandestino
Halibut, salmon, sea bass, crabmeat cakes, garlic spinach, Peruvian potatoes - feta- leeks croquettes, pesto gherkin sauce, toasted pine nuts.
2004 Ancient Vines Carignane
A dark ruby wine with aromas of chocolate, clove, cedar and spicy nutmeg.

Mar Rouss
2005 Ancient Vines Zinfandel
Flavors of dark berries and toasted caramel and a long finish. Concentrated fruit and soft tannins.
