This wine is lusciously fruity with ripe cherries layered with sweet oak, dried flowers, leather, and spice.

In Terre Sant
Haricot verts, garbanzo and black beans in garlic dressing with prosciutto Parmesan wafer.
Estancia 2005 Syrah
Full-bodied reds of the Cotes du Rhone 76% Syrah; 18% Grenache; 3% Petite Syrah; 3% Mourvedre.

Sal Monierra
Broiled salmon with crabmeat, sun dried tomatoes, cream cheese and pistachios, over red and white cabbage, onion, leek, juniper berries, fennel and caraway seeds fricassee, with roasted cherry tomatoes and basil chifonade and drizzled molasses.
Estancia Paso Robles 2004 Zinfandel
Beautiful aromas of ripe cranberry/boysenberry with dark chocolate, nutmeg, cedar shavings and vanilla.

Ro Bi Ne Ka
Estancia Paso Robles 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon
Intense black currant and dark cherry fruit flavors followed by a long, rich finish.
