2005 Guenoc Lake County Sauvignon Blanc
Fresh, crisp and refreshing in the mouth, focusing on bright floral and tropical notes married with the characters of lemongrass in its long lingering finish.

Broiled Portobello mushrooms, hearts of palm, cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, sunflower seeds, red cabbage, Caper berries, Manchego cheese, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic reduction over green leaf.
2005 Guenoc Lake County Chardonnay
Subtle hints of toasty oak and butter add to the complexity of both the nose and mouth ending with a long smooth finish. Plump and full in the mouth with layers of tropical fruit, pears, peaches and apricot.

Cioban Apusean
Lamb shank, couscous, sun dried tomato, spinach cream au gratin, spicy gardinera pesto.
2003 Guenoc Lake County Petite Sirah
This full-bodied wine has abundant fruit focusing on ripe berries, plum and spice with hints of smoky oak and vanilla in the finish.

2000 Petite Sirah Port
Rich dark ruby red in color, ripe boysenberry and blueberry fruit along with hints of chocolate and carmel.
