Dressed in a tangy, spicy almond sherry vinaigrette on greens. 2005 Praxis Viognier Lodi For those unfamiliar with Viognier, we feel it has the best characteristics of a Chardonnay and a Riesling or GewŸrztraminer in one! Intermezzo Avocado lime ice cream with candied lime zest. Galacia Tender shredded beef braised in a red wine, tomato, toasted cumin sauce with peppers, sweet onions, carrots and celery served on a bed of saffron rice. 2003 Praxis Merlot Sonoma County Aromas of black cherry, plum, roasted coffee, and vanilla abound in this rich and ample gold-medal winning wine. Churros a la diablo Delicately fluffily fried dough rolled in cinnamon and sugar and a chocolate dipping sauce with a hint of ancho chile. 2002 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon The 2002 Arbios Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is deep purple in color with garnet hues and violet highlights. An earthy aroma is accented with scents of cedar, violets and sage.
