2005 Irony Chardonnay Napa
Layers of juicy tropical fruit and mineral notes with lively citrus, crisp green apples, rich cream and vanilla — a veritable apple pie of flavors.

Howietop
Pork tenderloin stuffed with apricot, dark cherry, sausage, with five spice rub, roasted red potatoes, \corn and cherry tomatoes with an endive, radicchio, Napa cabbage, poblano, red and yellow pepper slaw.
2005 Pinot Noir Monterey
Balance of heady fruit notes and savory characteristics. Layers of sweet cherry, fresh raspberries, cola and earthy mushrooms make up the profile in this medium-bodied wine, with a lingering finish.

Morrysette
2003 Irony Cabernet Sauvignon Napa
Aromatic violets, tobacco, cocoa and bright red berry character leads into rich, concentrated fruit flavors of raspberries, currants and black cherries. The ripe fruit flavor is juxtaposed with natural acidity for a balanced, well-structured wine with medium tannins and a supple finish.
