Kunde Estate 2005 Viognier
The wine is bursting with intense aromas of jasmine, exotic spices, and orange marmalade. When you drink this wine, it is like biting into the ripest, juiciest peach you've ever had. The texture of the wine is rich as it fills your mouth with delicious, crisp flavors.

Giacomo Cardin
Romaine lettuce leaves brushed with an original homemade Caesar dressing, topped with grape tomatoes, red & green onions and garlic croutons.
Kunde Estate 2005 Chardonnay
This delightful Sonoma Valley Chardonnay presents generous texture and fine intensity to its mix of citrus, apple fruit and caramel and toast flavors.

Alphonsine Pommery
Roasted Cornish game hen, over gnocchi with brussels sprouts, hominy, peppered bacon, Indian maiz, with spicy whole grain mustard, roasted garlic cream sauce.
Kunde Estate 2004 Zinfandel
These gnarled vines sink their roots down into our rich red volcanic soils to create ripe fruit flavors of fresh raspberries and boysenberries. But then there is that unmistakable taste of black pepper to add a different twist.

2003 Syrah
It greets you with aromas of blackberries, pure and rich. But then you notice a touch of citrus blossoms, and realize this is no ordinary red wine. Take a sip and taste, along with the berries, an almost tarry richness, hints of cinnamon and nutmeg spice, and a toasty finish.
