2002 Beckman Roussanne Purisima Mountain Vineyard, Santa Ynez Valley
The nose is difficult to describe, somewhere between muted peach and green apple characters. Displaying a lot of character in the mouth, the wine is rich and lush with a unique flavor profile

La Christina
Crabmeat, spicy sausage bread pudding, asparagus cream soup.
2004 Pavilion Merlot Napa
The Merlot adds flair and nuance to well ripened plum and blackberry flavors. Chocolate and cassis mingle together in delicate tannins leading to a soft, lingering finish.

Chicken stuffed with roasted red pepper, spinach, cream cheese, rubbed with a special B.B.Q., DCC dried rub, wrapped in bacon over orzo pasta with zucchini, red peppers, black beans, poblano peppers and basil pesto sauce, topped with a dried cherry-fig balsamic reduction.
2003 Ascot Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon California
2003 will be remembered for the first Ascot Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon vintage. Instead of the traditional varietal mixes that make up most Cabernet Sauvignon blends, our team opted for 100% cabernet. The depth of character, smooth finish and rich color is achieved through a unique multi-regional blending. We combined our Connecticut grapes with personally selected fruit from California with great success.
