Check out the pictures from our winemaker dinner with Pillsbury Wine Company and The Fishhugger on March 31st 2014. We featured wild salmon from Kodiak Alaska and New Mexico grass-fed beef from American Surf and Turf ("The Fishhugger"). We served local Arizona wines from Pillsbury Wine Company. Kenny and Brenna Aschbacher from American Surf and Turf were on-hand to answer questions about the fish and beef. Sam Pillsbury and his assistant, Nicole, made the rounds to talk about the wines.

3 courses: 1 Appetizer/Salad, 1 Main course and 1 Dessert.
The kitchen crew will create a seasonal menu reflecting sustainable products and local flavors.
The servers will choose the wines that will pair the best with the food, taken into account the texture, weight, structure, and bouquet of both wine and food.
