Romanchino Salad – Napa & red cabbage, Chinese celery leaves, grape tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, avocado, piquillo peppers, daikon radish, chives, warm bacon vinaigrette, lardons, panko crusted fresh mozzarella cheese, deviled egg, homemade bread croutons.
Gloria Ferrer Carneros Chardonnay 2010 – Bright citrus followed by vanilla and subtle hints of oak .On the palate, this wine shows firm structure, balanced acidity with layers of citrus including Meyer lemon, pink grapefruit and honeydew melon that complement the refreshing finish.
Trans Orient Pork – Seared paprika crusted pork tenderloin, boiled lo pak, sautéed kale, red peppers with garlic and ginger, roasted shishito peppers, balsamic reduction.

3 courses: 1 Appetizer/Salad, 1 Main course and 1 Dessert.
The kitchen crew will create a seasonal menu reflecting sustainable products and local flavors.
The servers will choose the wines that will pair the best with the food, taken into account the texture, weight, structure, and bouquet of both wine and food.
